This website is operated by StreamLink Pty Ltd. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean StreamLink Pty Ltd, and "this website" means streamlink.net.au.

Accepting these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. If you are using this website on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms on that business's behalf.

Using this website

You may read, browse and print pages from this website for your own information, and to evaluate whether you want to deal with us. You may link to it freely.

You agree not to:

• use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches anyone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, its server or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's normal operation, including by introducing malicious code or attempting to overwhelm it with automated requests;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest content or contact details from this site for bulk marketing;
• submit false, misleading or abusive content through our contact form, or use it to send unsolicited advertising; or

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website, including text, layout, design, graphics, logos and the StreamLink name, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on this website transfers any of those rights to you.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks shown on this website, including those of our customers and of the products we reference, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Our products have their own terms

This website describes several products. It is a description, not the agreement for any of them. When you use or buy one of our products, the terms, licence and privacy policy published for that product apply to it, not these website terms.

• Phaethon are not yet released. Terms will be published with them.

Our in-store streaming service is provided under a separate written agreement between us and the customer, which covers the subscription, the StreamLink Receiver hardware, support and cancellation. If there is any inconsistency between that agreement and these website terms, that agreement prevails in relation to the service.

Enquiries and pricing information

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed. Any package tiers, prices or product pricing shown on this website are indicative, are current only as at the date shown, and may change. Prices for our products are set on those products' own sites and may be in a currency other than Australian dollars.

A binding arrangement between us only comes into effect when we have agreed the specifics in writing.

Information here is general

The content on this website is general information about our business and products. It isn't professional advice, and it may not address your particular circumstances. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment; technical specifications and feature lists in particular change as our products are developed.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of factors outside our control, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. Nothing in this section affects any service-level commitments in a separate service agreement you have with us.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful.

Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to, at our option, resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. The section below is to be read subject to this one.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the section above, we exclude all warranties and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of this website.

You use this website at your own risk. You are responsible for your own device, connection and security arrangements.

This website links to our product sites and to third-party sites. We provide those links for convenience. We don't control third-party sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Following an external link is your decision, and the terms and policies of that site will apply once you get there.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply.
