A new StreamLink website & The launch of WebDLNA and Zestial
StreamLink has a new home, and we’re proud to launch Zestial and WebDLNA: two free, browser-focused tools built around privacy, ownership and doing one job properly.

Today marks a substantial new chapter for StreamLink.
Our new website is live, bringing everything we build together in one place for the first time. Alongside the in-store streaming service we have operated since 2014, the site now introduces our growing family of music software, media tools, hardware and games.
More importantly, two of those products are officially ready to use: Zestial and WebDLNA.
Zestial is live
Zestial is a free music visualizer that runs entirely in your browser.
Drop in a track, combine audio-reactive effects and metadata overlays, then export the finished result as an MP4. Every numeric parameter can respond to the music (from overall volume and detected beats to individual frequency bands) making it possible to build visuals that genuinely follow the track.
Zestial includes 42 effects, 15 metadata overlays, custom shaders, reusable presets and export sizes for platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Spotify Canvas.
The complete editor is free, unwatermarked and requires no account. Audio analysis, rendering and export all happen locally, so your music never needs to leave your device.
WebDLNA is live and open-source
WebDLNA brings the media sources you already operate into one private library that plays in any modern browser.
It supports DLNA and UPnP servers, Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, mounted folders and network shares. Compatible media streams directly, while formats that browsers cannot normally play can be transcoded on demand through ffmpeg.
WebDLNA also includes unified search, queues, playlists, favourites, playback history, resume positions, Chromecast support and offline playback.
The application is free, self-hosted and released as open-source software under the GNU AGPL v3.0. It can be installed with Docker, on Debian or Ubuntu, through the desktop application, or directly from source.
Your catalogue remains on your own machines and your own network. There is no account system, cloud index or telemetry.
A new home for StreamLink
The new StreamLink website reflects what the company has become.
In-store streaming remains at the heart of the business, delivering curated music, news, brand messaging and advertising to Australian retailers. It now sits alongside Axion, Zestial, Fonix One, WebDLNA and Phaethon. Different products connected by the same principles.
We believe software should respect the person using it. Your files should remain yours. Products should work locally where they can. Subscriptions should only exist when a service genuinely requires ongoing infrastructure.
This launch is the beginning of a broader StreamLink, and we’re enormously proud to finally share it.
